INGREDIENTS

2 lbs chicken wings, split into drumettes and flats
1 tbsp DanGold BBQ Bonanza
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup Honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Sriracha (optional, for extra heat)
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare the Wings: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, BBQ Bonanza , salt, and black pepper until they are well-coated.
  2. Bake the Wings: Arrange the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
  3. Make the Sauce: While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine DanGold Honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and Sriracha (if using). Stir continuously and cook for about 5 minutes, until the sauce is slightly thickened.
  4. Coat the Wings: Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the wings and toss until they are evenly coated.
  5. Serve: Transfer the coated wings to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately and enjoy! This recipe features the bold flavors of DanGold's BBQ Bonanza Seasoning and Honey, creating a delicious and crowd-pleasing dish perfect for any occasion.
