2 dozen large shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 tsp "The Gourmet Collection" Spicy Stir Fry Spice Blend
1 tsp crushed basil leaves
1/3 cup butter
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 large tomato, diced
¼ cup beer, at room temperature
3 cups cooked rice
DIRECTIONS
- Clean shrimp and set aside.
- Combine butter, Worcestershire sauce, Spicy Stir Fry spice and basil leaves in a skillet. When butter melts add the tomato and shrimp.
- Cook for 2 minutes, stirring.
- Add beer, cover and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat.
- Serve over cooked rice.
