3 tablespoons Dangold Pizza Palooza blend
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons butter
1 can refrigerated flaky biscuits
1lb refrigerated pizza dough
1 package mini pepperoni (optional)
1/2 cup marinara sauce or pizza sauce, plus more for serving
2 cups package shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a Bundt pan.
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine olive oil, butter, Pizza Palooza. Microwave at 30 second intervals until butter is melted.
- Cut biscuits in quarters and pizza dough into 1 1/2-inch pieces.
- Scatter 1/3 of pepperoni slices and 1/3 of Parmesan cheese in bottom of Bundt pan.
- Toss biscuit and pizza dough pieces with olive oil mixture.
- Scatter half of biscuit/pizza dough pieces in Bundt pan.
- Scatter half remaining pepperoni pieces and Parmesan cheese on top of biscuit/pizza dough pieces.
- Pour 1/4 cup marinara sauce evenly into Bundt pan and then sprinkle half of mozzarella cheese into bundt pan.
- Add remaining biscuit/pizza dough pieces to Bundt pan and top with remaining marinara sauce, pepperoni slices, Parmesan cheese, and 10. mozzarella cheese.
- Place in oven and bake for 40 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.
- Serve with additional sauce. * Feel free to substitute the pepperoni for any meat you like or omit if completely, if you want to make it vegetarian.
